Marketing Manager (F/H)

Unity Group is a music company focused on artist development, music creation and brand management, representing french and international talents. Artist Management, Label and publishing are the core of our activities.

Unity Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be a part of the Unity Group Team located in Paris (France) who will oversee and direct aspects of day-to-day digital creative and online marketing management for our label activies and artists.

Responsible for creating and executing marketing and promotional plans across all areas of online including all company portals and distribution partners, artist website, social media, new technology, CRM, SEM/SEO, third party lifestyle, and e-commerce.

  • 2-3 years of previous digital experience (music experience a plus)

THE MISSION

  • Provide world leading digital marketing campaigns, streaming strategies, advertising & social media strategies, using experience and expertise to formulate original and ground breaking ideas

  • Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns ensuring spends are effectively maximized to achieve campaign goals

  • Create online advertising strategies for each release, tour or any big moment for the artist

  • Brainstorm and manage contests, giveaways, and other digital projects for the duration of the project

  • Work with our creative department to provide content and assets as and when required for social media and advertising campaigns

  • Manage and develop relationships with all relevant digital platforms

  • Create and implement forward thinking digital strategies for a broad roster of emerging and established artists

  • Work across all relevant social media platforms to promote releases, grow audiences and increase engagement

  • Work closely with artists, managers and digital platforms to deliver creative and success driven campaigns

  • Create digital campaign assets: including artwork animations, video cuts and static imagery

  • Plan, budget and implement paid media campaigns

  • Compile and deliver reports on digital marketing performance for internal and external stakeholders

  • Asses artist presence online and digitally to create uniform branding across all aspects

  • Bring innovation and creativity to campaigns

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with artists to help develop their online presence and positioning, including providing the artists with best practise advice

  • Be able to represent the artists in all label and third party meetings for all things digital

  • Implement strategies to help increase social reach, and be well versed in all social media platforms

  • Be able to think creatively and outside the box in terms of digital and marketing ideas

  • Have a strong understanding of social stats and analytics in order to implement the strongest digital strategy

  • Be able to advise on the best streaming strategies for artists, and have good relationships with the key streaming partners

  • Be confident in the commissioning and the creation of all artist online platforms (websites, holding pages etc)

  • Clearly direct online asset creation where needed, and all content for online (including video content)

  • Ability to work well as part of a team alongside the day to day managers across marketing campaigns, and have an interest in the wider management of artists

  • Keep up to date with digital trends, new tech and key artist campaigns through independent research
